On 23 November 2019, the Shareholder’s Meeting of Sanlorenzo S.p.A. elected BDO Italia S.p.A., now BDO Audit Services S.r.l. (following the transfer of a business unit, effective as of 1 January 2026 and notified to the Company on 9 January 2026 by BDO Italia S.p.A.), as audit firm for nine financial years from 2019 to 2027.
