Sanlorenzo is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the seventh edition of the Sanlorenzo Service School, an important initiative aimed at continually enhancing support and service for our global clientele. Sanlorenzo Americas' team actively participated, alongside other Service Managers from Sanlorenzo's international assistance network.
Over 60 participants took part in this three-day training experience, focused on Sanlorenzo’s After Sales services with the goal of raising service standards by strengthening technical, logistical and organizational skills.
The training included learning sessions and interactive workshops, led by expert shipyard technicians and technology partners. These sessions provided an in-depth exploration of onboard systems' operation, intervention methods and the latest technical innovations applied to Sanlorenzo yachts.
Additionally, visits to the Massa and Ameglia production sites allowed participants to gain firsthand knowledge of every stage of yacht construction, from fiberglass structure fabrication to the assembly of storage units, installation of onboard systems, mounting of furnishings and repair of both internal and external finishes.
