Sanlorenzo returns to the 64th Genoa International Boat Show from September 19 to 24, 2024, to showcase its latest innovations in luxury yachting. The brand will present nine exceptional yachts, including two exciting new models: the SL86A from the Asymmetric line and the SP92 from the Smart Performance line.
SL86A: A New Evolution in Asymmetric Design
The SL86A represents a cutting-edge development in Sanlorenzo's Asymmetric line, designed in collaboration with Zuccon International Project. This yacht maximizes both internal and external spaces, offering innovative living solutions while maintaining a seamless connection to the surrounding marine environment. Key to its innovation is the reimagined stern, where visible stairs are eliminated in favor of a minimalist design. This creates a smoother layout and enhances the relationship between the cockpit and the water, with a transparent element allowing unobstructed views to swimmers at the rear of the yacht. The absence of vertical connections, such as stairs between the cockpit and flybridge, increases available space, ensuring the Main Deck is dedicated entirely to guest enjoyment. The SL86A also features expansive exterior spaces, including two large sunbathing areas—one at the bow and another integrated into the deckhouse—offering unmatched onboard comfort.
SP92: A High-Performance, Sustainable Masterpiece
The SP92 reaffirms Sanlorenzo’s dedication to high-performance, sporty yachts while integrating a commitment to sustainability. Designed in collaboration with Studio Zuccon for the exterior and architect Piero Lissoni for the interior, the SP92 combines sleek minimalism with sporty elegance. The yacht’s standout feature is its expansive aft area, a nearly 45-square-meter beach zone that can be customized with a retractable door to conceal the garage. The main deck is designed closer to the water, enhancing the connection with the sea, while large perimeter glass surfaces increase the sense of openness and connectivity between the interior and the outdoors. Innovatively, the SP92’s interior spaces are spread across four levels, emphasizing spaciousness and livability. The yacht also prioritizes sustainability, featuring a unique hull design that optimizes fuel efficiency at cruising speeds. With a photovoltaic system using highly efficient monocrystalline cells and environmentally conscious materials, the SP92 consumes 12-13% less fuel compared to similar yachts built using traditional methods, further underscoring Sanlorenzo’s commitment to reducing environmental impact.
