Sanlorenzo has reached a significant milestone with its Superyacht Division by signing the contract for its new flagship, the 72Steel, a 72-meter diesel-electric superyacht. This project, featuring cutting-edge green technology, will be delivered to its European owner in spring 2025.
The 72Steel will be a groundbreaking project with five decks and a volume of 1850 GT. It represents a departure from previous models while retaining the iconic Sanlorenzo design. The yacht will be crafted with a focus on livability, featuring a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure, and customized interiors designed around the owner's specifications. The owner will have a dedicated deck, while the main deck will house guest areas and five spacious cabins. A wellness area is also included for guest relaxation.
This sale marks a continuation of Sanlorenzo's success in the superyacht market, with 39 yachts delivered since 2007 and 21 more currently under construction.
